Iran wants a revenge for the killing of a Hamas leader in Iran. This is a declaration of war against Israel. Israel now has the right to self-defence. The UN Charter is corrupted by members who do not act according the international agreements to be a member of the UN.

A declaration of war is a formal act by which one state announces existing or impending war activity against another. The declaration is a performative speech act (or the public signing of a document) by an authorized party of a national government, in order to create a state of war between two or more states. The legality of who is competent to declare war varies between nations and forms of government. In many nations, that power is given to the head of state or sovereign. In other cases, something short of a full declaration of war, such as a letter of marque or a covert operation, may authorise war-like acts by privateers or mercenaries.

Russia, China, Iran, Lebanon and Yemen are member of the UN. They should honor the UN Charter article 2. They do not. With this violation of the UN Charter the UN is corrupted and it is not possible to bring peace to the Middle-East. For this reason the US and Israel shall bring peace from the view of self-defence.

UN Charter article 2.1. The Organization is based on the principle of the sovereign equality of all its Members. 2.All Members, in order to ensure to all of them the rights and benefits resulting from membership, shall fulfil in good faith the obligations assumed by them in accordance with the present Charter. 3. All Members shall settle their international disputes by peaceful means in such a manner that international peace and security, and justice, are not endangered. 4. All Members shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state, or in any other manner inconsistent with the Purposes of the United Nations.
